Hebei Jinbiao Construction Materials Tech Corp., Ltd., established in 2005, is one of China's early professional manufacturers of traffic safety materials. Currently operates four production bases in Anping, Shenzhou, Jiangxi, and Hainan; The Anping factory built in 2005 covers 100 mu with 170+ employees; The Jiangxi factory built in 2018 covers 50 mu with 100+ employees; The Hainan factory built in 2021 covers 135 mu with 200+ employees; The Shenzhou factory built in 2024 covers 230 mu with 300+ employees; Subsidiaries established in Singapore, Vietnam, Canada, and Dubai; Certified with ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

he project involves deploying modular noise barriers along critical sections of the North-South Expressway, utilizing sound-absorbing materials and aerodynamic designs to reduce noise levels by up to 20 dB(A). Barriers are engineered for durability in Vietnam’s tropical climate, featuring corrosion-resistant coatings and UV-stable panels.
