Hebei Jinbiao Construction Materials Tech Corp., Ltd., established in 2005, is one of China's early professional manufacturers of traffic safety materials. Currently operates four production bases in Anping, Shenzhou, Jiangxi, and Hainan; The Anping factory built in 2005 covers 100 mu with 170+ employees; The Jiangxi factory built in 2018 covers 50 mu with 100+ employees; The Hainan factory built in 2021 covers 135 mu with 200+ employees; The Shenzhou factory built in 2024 covers 230 mu with 300+ employees; Subsidiaries established in Singapore, Vietnam, Canada, and Dubai; Certified with ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

JINBIAO DEVELOPMENT HISTORY

2005 YEAR

JINBIAO was established and soon became the largest local manufacturer of a variety of products including barbed wire and mesh fence. In the same year, the International Department was set up.

2011 YEAR

One of the first companies in Anping County to produce noise barriers, now a comprehensive manufacturer integrating R&D, design, production, and installation for highway, railway, municipal, and rail transit noise barriers, as well as steel structures.

2012 YEAR

JINBIAO International Trade Department 1 was established in Shijiazhuang.

2014 YEAR

Renamed Hebei Jinbiao Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd., the company was listed on the Shijiazhuang Equity Exchange on December 26, 2014, boosting its brand competitiveness and setting a benchmark for Anping enterprises.

2016 YEAR

With the establishment of JINBIAO International Trade Department 2 (Singapore Branch), JINBIAO's products met and exceeded international level in its design and quality.

2017-2023 YEAR

From 2017 to 2023，the Singapore military fencing project was finished. It successfully passed the non-destructive inspection test and the SGS test report was obtained. Meanwhile, the LTA elevated bridge noise barrier projects - RC118 and ER529A from the Singapore Ministry of Transport were also undertook by JINBIAO. The Minister of Transport conducted ribbon cutting for the opening ceremony of the projects.

2018 YEAR

JINBIAO participated in Chile's first metro system project that is fully enclosed by noise barrier.

2019 YEAR

Establishment of JINBIAO International Trade Department 3 (Vancouver, Canada Office).

2019 YEAR

JINBIAO won the bid for the Kuwait RA264 Noise Barrier Project, marking our successful entry into the Middle East market.

2021 YEAR

Enter the photovoltaic energy industry, research and development and production of photovoltaic tracking system, photovoltaic carport and wind,light,storage,charging, green electrical commercial power stations,to develop green energy.

2023 YEAR

JINBIAO secured Singapore SME ranking Awards for two consecutive years: The SME 500 award was received in 2022, The SME 100 award in 2023.

JINBIAO established a group company in Hainan and invested in a 90337.9m2 factory. JINBIAO also established Hainan Yaode Trade Technology Co., Ltd. to iniciate import trades. Along with the first batch of palm meal import clearance was completed in April, JINBIAO aims to become a dual-cycle import-export corporation by 2025.

2024 YEAR

JINBlAO has invested in the construction of its seventh new factory in Shenzhou, covering a total area of 37.88 acres. With the expansion of scale, equipment upgrades,and a leap in production capacity, we are ready to take action.

2025 YEAR

Opened Southeast Asia factory, radiation to South Asia, Southeast Asia surrounding countries, European and North American markets and the Middle East and Africa and other countries and regions.
