Yaode Intelligent Manufacturing International Industrial Park Fully Completed — A Key Milestone in Lushi Holdings’ Industrial Development in Hainan Free Trade Port

In June 2026, the Yaode Intelligent Manufacturing International Industrial Park, located in the Jinpai Port Development Zone, Lingao County, Hainan Province, successfully completed its construction acceptance. Covering an area of 136 mu (approximately 90,667 square meters), the modern industrial park officially commenced construction in May 2024 and has completed two years of development. The project is now fully equipped for production and operations.

The completion of the project marks a major milestone in Lushi Holdings’ industrial development in the Hainan Free Trade Port, transforming its strategic vision into tangible industrial capacity. It also represents a significant step in the Group’s expansion from its manufacturing bases in northern China to the southern coastal region.

Hainan Yaode Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. was established by Lushi Holdings as the primary operating entity for the industrial park, with the aim of leveraging the development opportunities offered by the Hainan Free Trade Port. In 2022, the company established its presence in the Jinpai Port Development Zone in Lingao County, one of Hainan’s 13 key industrial parks.

In 2023, the Yaode Intelligent Manufacturing International Industrial Park was designated as a key project of Hainan Province. On August 18, 2023, the company successfully acquired a 136-mu plot of land in the Jinpai Port Development Zone and officially launched the investment and construction of the project.

From signing the investment agreement and establishing operations, to land acquisition, construction, and finally full project completion, Lushi Holdings has transformed its strategic vision for Hainan into tangible manufacturing capacity within three years through steady execution and long-term commitment.

The positioning of the Yaode Intelligent Manufacturing International Industrial Park goes far beyond that of a conventional factory. Building on the Group’s extensive experience in the solar energy, energy storage, and EV charging industries, the park integrates the key policy advantages and development priorities of the Hainan Free Trade Port.

The industrial park will focus on several core areas, including new energy intelligent manufacturing, bonded maintenance and remanufacturing, grain and edible oil processing and intelligent manufacturing, port-related equipment manufacturing, and intelligent warehousing and logistics.

With Hainan as its strategic hub and access to China’s vast domestic market, the industrial park will not only serve the local Hainan market but also focus on expanding into Southeast Asia, Belt and Road countries, and other international markets.

The project is designed to become an integrated international industrial platform combining R&D, manufacturing, processing, warehousing, and international trade.

During the construction period, leaders from the Lingao County government visited the project site on multiple occasions to inspect construction progress and understand the company’s operational needs.
