What is the noise cancelling wall made of?

The system uses PVC and acrylic (PMMA) sheet panels with matching posts. Acrylic gives a clear, glass-like appearance with good weather resistance, while PVC is used for coloured or opaque sections where visibility is not required. The two materials can be combined so that part of the wall remains transparent.

What thicknesses and panel sizes are available?

Sheet thickness ranges from 1.2 mm to 12 mm depending on the acoustic and structural requirement, and panel widths of 1200-2100 mm are standard, with length made to the client's requirement. Panels are fixed between posts to the height required by the project.

How does the wall perform in outdoor conditions?

The material is specified for outdoor use, with a working temperature range of about -40 °C to 40 °C and a stated service life of 10 years under normal conditions. Colour options include clear, lake blue, grass green, opal and brown, and other colours can be produced to order.
